1. Service Cancellations

  • 1. Users may cancel bookings (ambulance, lab tests, physiotherapy, etc.) within a specific time window (e.g., 2 hours before scheduled service).
  • 2. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Product Returns

  • 1. Medical equipment and accessories (purchased or rented) can be returned only if defective, damaged during delivery, or mismatched.
  • 2. Consumable products (like medicines, syringes, or diagnostic kits) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • 1. Refunds are processed only for valid cancellations or defective deliveries.
  • 2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • 4. Non-Refundable Cases

    • 1. Services already availed or completed.
    • 2. Products damaged due to customer misuse.
    • 3. Late cancellation requests beyond the allowed time.
